For Clients engaging our services, a Service Agreement or Contract will be signed outlining the specific terms of service, including the scope of work, fees, and payment terms. All services are subject to the conditions set out in these terms and the individual agreements.

Pricing for all services, including managed IT services, cloud services, consultancy, and support, will be clearly stated in your contract. Payment is due according to the terms in the agreement, typically either monthly (for managed services) or upon project completion (for consultancy or project-based work).

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in your contract, and the Company reserves the right to suspend services until payment is made in full.

We respect the confidentiality of our Clients and their data. Any information shared between Atlas Tech Solutions and the Client for the purpose of providing services will be treated as confidential.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information needed for us to provide services effectively. The Client is responsible for maintaining the security and privacy of their internal systems and data.

Atlas Tech Solutions will assist with cybersecurity measures as outlined in the contract, but final responsibility rests with the Client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Tech Solutions will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of the provision of services, including loss of business, profits, or data. Our maximum liability will be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered within the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to ensure our services are available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Atlas Tech Solutions will not be liable for any downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party providers, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.

10. Termination of Service

By the Client: You may terminate your service agreement by giving us [30 days] notice. All outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination must be settled before the termination is effective.

By Atlas Tech Solutions: We reserve the right to terminate your service agreement if you fail to comply with these Terms or fail to make payments. Any outstanding payments will remain due.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after the changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
